NO DIET DRINKS: studies have shown over and over that diet soda makes your body retain fat
Chew gum: its scientifically proven to help you lose weight
DO NOT BINGE, binging leads to purging which is awful for you (more so than starving yourself)
Laxatives and diuretics are shit. Yes they make the number on the scale go down but you’re not actually losing any fat
These will leave you feeling full: Salad, Hot sauce, Skim milk, Oatmeal, Green tea , Tofu, Vegetable soup, Water, Eggs, Apples, Coffee, Almonds
Take B6 and drink apple cider vinegar to help boost your metabolism
Don’t eat while distracted (like watching TV) you’ll unconsciously eat more
Drink a glass of water before and after every meal
Chew your food at least 20 times before you swallow
Don’t go too long while restricting because you’ll be more temped to binge later on
Use smaller bowls and plates. It’ll trick you into feeling fuller faster
Do not eat after 6 or 7pm your body will burn more fat while you sleep instead of using that energy to digest your food
COUNT EVERY CALORIE
Make sure you get enough sleep! Less sleep= lower metabolism
Swimming is one of the best ways to burn calories plus it’s low impact
Always take the stairs
